Worked within an Agile / Scrum environment and contributed to over 100 JIRA tickets across the duration of the contract. The role spanned a broad range of development activity across admissions, student records and system administration, requiring close collaboration with developers, software testers and key stakeholders.

Key achievements included leading the implementation of an online Clearing management system - including direct escalation of bugs to the software supplier, several of which were formally adopted into the core product - and contributing to a major replacement of the legacy admissions portal with e:Vision components. Further contributions included the development of a visa management component with clearance check integration, a significant re-engineering of a document upload report to resolve data retrieval and duplication issues, the creation of an on-the-fly PDF offer letter generation tool for administrative staff, a consolidated URL library spanning over 50 system objects, a new student-facing Record of Prior Acceptance form with conditional content and JavaScript validation, and the management of a Uniface upgrade and 35 hot-fixes across multiple servers in the development environment.
