SITS Developer

Engaged as a SITS Developer responsible for the ongoing upkeep and development of the Admissions module, with a primary focus on the Clearing and Online Applications areas. The role encompassed both planned development work and responsive third-line support for ad-hoc and high-priority issues.

Key achievements included a full roll-over and bug-fix of the entire Clearing module in preparation for the next academic cycle and a major end-to-end rewrite of the Online Applications process - updating conditional content, ensuring full W3C compliance and responsive design throughout, whilst also reworking navigation controls to improve usability. Additional contributions included the development of a new Agent Portal task enabling agents to submit offers on behalf of students.
