- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contributing to system optimisation, enhancements and data integrity. Assisting with testing and deployment of configuration changes.
- Supporting training and knowledge transfer for permanent staff on SITS processes and system functionality.
