Summary

Working primarily on the research workstream for Nanyang Technological University, I am the lead developer responsible for the implementation of a new portal for postgraduate staff and students; this covers the entire lifecycle from enrolment through to certification.

Key Achievements

• Major overhaul of Research template based around client requirements.
• Creation of progress review workflow to monitor progress of students throughout PG lifecycle and provide full audit trail for any feedback required.
• Implemented new process to nominate and appoint panels consisting of supervisors, examiners and other research staff (internal and external to the university).
• Developed automated notification emails using company branding.
• Creation of several bespoke, student-driven workflows. For example: thesis submission, change to thesis title, extension request.
